We founded Magnifico 2 years ago with the desire to improve with our actions and platforms, the lives of artists. For them and for us, who primarily spent our whole lives becoming and being artists.

However, the world is changing too quickly, and this serious threat to the ability of every artist, to continue to live and dream with what they love to do, is becoming too overwhelming, too real.

There are so many things crooked with the A.I. of images. That is why we have decided in spite of ourselves, to devote the next few months and as long as there is a need, to inform you about the dangers, threats, real intentions, hypocrisies, irregularities, crimes and in general, everything rotten about these A.I.s


If you are artists, please follow us and spread the content that we will publish in this regard. This is our battle, let’s stand together, let’s defend together.

Practical Actions of Magnifico against the use of A.i.

Magnifico will proceed to inform, by means of posts/slides/videos and any content that it may deem appropriate, public opinion, entrepreneurs, users, public bodies and prominent personalities, about the unlawful use of the images uploaded and processed by the current A.i. in order to raise awareness, denounce, and put an end to the illegal processes currently underway.
Magnifico will therefore proceed, should it deem it necessary, with any action aimed at safeguarding the future, the works and the working integrity of the artists it represents and supports.

Practical actions against A.I. within our projects.

The use, even partial, of A.I. within the framework of Magnifico’s projects is a violation in terms of the association’s rules as well as the services connected and related to it.
All our services will immediately ban any user who is found to be using our services with any intervention of an A.I. There is currently no ethical or correct use of this technology. Therefore, any use will be deemed unlawful and punishable.
In this sense:
-It is not possible to upload content to ArtGuilds that is generated by or related to a use of any type of A.I. (text and/or images).

-It is not possible to use the Artemisia service (visual editor) on images/projects that are based on (even partial) content obtained through A.I.. Projects saved by users with content (even partial content) generated in A.I. will be deleted without notice, once their artificial nature has been established.

– It is not possible to use Visum images as to produce altered content with A.i.

In the future

-On ArsAcademia users and teachers may not create A.i. content (video, images or text generated in A.I) for assignments, courses or study material.
-On Mirabili: No works containing artificially generated images (even partially) may be sold.

In this respect, we reserve the right to double-check any dubious content and remove it without prior notice.
In the event of proven use of A.I. systems, the user will be banned, his profile removed from every site in the Magnifico network, his membership terminated and his IP tracked.
Magnifico reserves the right to retain any personal data of the user who has used A.I. in order to monitor any unlawful use (voluntary or involuntary) of images subject to copyright, so as to inform any real owners of the rights and inform the competent authorities to prosecute the offence.

Any kind of income generated through the services of ArsAcademia or Premium Stories on ArtGuilds will be immediately retained if the use of A.I. for the generation of the content, according to the above-mentioned points, is confirmed. The eventually retained sum will be used by Magnifico exclusively to finance projects and practical actions against the illegal use of these tools.

Le questioni morali, i dubbi etici, la mancanza di diritti che il tema dell’A.I. porta con se, stanno piano piano prendendo il sopravvento sui social networks.

Noi abbiamo fondato magnifico 2 anni fa, con il desiderio di migliorare con le nostre azioni e le nostre piattaforme, la vita degli artisti. Per loro e per noi, che in primis abbiamo passato tutta la vita a diventare ed essere artisti.

Il mondo cambia però troppo rapidamente e questa seria minaccia alla possibilità di ogni artista, di continuare a vivere e sognare con quello che ama fare, diventa troppo opprimente, troppo reale.

Ci sono così tante cose storte con le A.I. di immagini. Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso nostro malgrado, di dedicare i prossimi mesi e finche ve ne sarà necessità, ad informarvi sui pericoli, le minacce, le reali intenzioni, le ipocrisie, le irregolarità, i reati ed in generale, su tutto ciò che c’è di marcio riguardo queste A.I.


Se siete artisti, perfavore seguiteci e diffondete i contenuti che in tal senso pubblicheremo. Questa è la nostra battaglia, stiamo insieme, difendiamoci assieme.

Azioni Pratiche di Magnifico contro l’uso delle A.i.

Magnifico procederà a informare tramite post/slide/video e qualsiasi contenuto eventualmente giudicato consono, l’opinione pubblica, imprenditori, utenti, enti pubblici e personalità di spicco, circa l’illecito uso delle immagini caricate ed elaborate dalle attuali A.i. al fine di sensibilizzare, denunciare, terminare i processi illegali attualmente in atto.

Magnifico procederà quindi qualora lo ritenesse necessario ad ogni azione volta alla salvaguardia del futuro, delle opere dell’integrità lavorativa degli artisti che rappresenta e sostiene.

Azioni Pratiche legate ai nostri progetti contro l’uso delle A.i.

L’uso anche parziale dell’A.I. nell’ambito dei progetti di Magnifico rappresenta una violazione in termini delle regole dell’associazione nonchè dei servizi ad essa collegati e correlati.

Tutti i nostri servizi banneranno immediatamente ogni utente che si troverà ad utilizzare i nostri servizi con qualsiasi intervento di una A.I. Al momento non esiste un utilizzo etico o corretto di questa tecnologia. Per cui ogni uso sarà giudicato illecito e sanzionabile.

In questo senso:

-Non è possibile caricare contenuti su ArtGuilds che siano generati o relativi ad un uso di qualsiasi tipo di A.I. (testuale e/o di immagini).

-Non è possibile utilizzare il servizio di Artemisia (visual editor) su immagini/progetti che si basano su contenuti (anche solo parziali) ottenuti tramite A.I.. I progetti salvati dagli utenti che presentano contenuti (anche solo parziali) generati in A.I. saranno cancellati senza preavviso, una volta accertata la natura artificiale degli stessi.

In futuro:

-Su ArsAcademia non potranno essere generati per assegni, corsi o materiale di studio, immagini video o testo generato in A.i:

-Su Mirabili non potranno essere venduti lavori contenenti immagini generate artificialmente (anche solo parzialmente).

In tal senso ci riserviamo il diritto di controllare ogni contenuto che presenta dubbi e rimuovere lo stesso senza alcun preavviso.

In caso di appurato utilizzo di sistemi di A.I. l’utente sarà bannato,  il suo profilo rimosso da ogni sito del network Magnifico, la sua membership stralciata e il suo IP tracciato.

Magnifico si riserva il diritto di conservare eventuali dati personali dell’utente che ha utilizzato l’A.I. al fine di controllare eventuali illeciti di utilizzo (volontario o involontario) di immagini soggette a copyright, così da informare gli eventuali reali proprietari dei diritti e informare le autorità competenti a perseguire l’illecito.

Ogni tipo di guadagno generato tramite i servizi di ArsAcademia o contenuti premium su ArtGuilds, sarà immediatamente trattenuto qualora sia confermato l’uso di A.I. per la generazione del contenuto secondo i punti precedentemente indicati. La eventuale parte trattenuta sarà da Magnifico destinata esclusivamente a finanziare progetti e azioni pratiche contro l’uso illecito di questi strumenti.

As the source of a choice that was taken care of in all of its details, the Magnifico team decided to evolve the identity of Artmag into ArtGuilds.

The Magnifico team thought it appropriate to give a new, fresher, more unique and bold image to tell the identity of this project.

The term ArtGuilds refers to the ancient concept of “Guilds,” associations of artists, brought together for common works or techniques, who came together to defend common interests and help each other. In this sense, the chosen term perfectly represents the purpose of the project: to empower Artists, to develop themselves through advice, their “stories,” their videos and reviews, thus developing their own imagery and identity, and eventually their own artistic craft.

The task and mission of ArtGuilds is to accompany each Artist on their own personal journey, by other artists. The basic principle that the team has faithfully followed has been “To assist the Artist in his or her personal journey as we would have wished for ourselves.“

According to this value, the team renewed the name of its Identity in ArtGuilds so that it can have a place of reference in the collective artistic memory.

Il termine ArtGuilds si riferisce al concetto antico delle “Gilde“, associazioni di artisti, riuniti per opere o tecniche comuni, che si riunivano per difendere interessi comuni e aiutarsi vicendevolmente. In questo senso, il termine scelto rappresenta perfettamente lo scopo del progetto: dare la possibilità agli Artisti, di svilupparsi tramite i consigli, le loro “storie”, i loro video e le loro recensioni, sviluppando così il proprio immaginario e la propria identità, ed infine il proprio mestiere artistico. 

Il compito e la missione di ArtGuilds è accompagnare ogni Artista nel proprio percorso personale, da altri artisti. Il principio basilare che il team ha seguito fedelmente è stato “Assistere l’Artista nel suo percorso personale come avremmo voluto per noi stessi”.

Secondo questo valore, il team ha rinnovato il nome della sua Identità in ArtGuilds, così che possa avere un posto di riferimento nella memoria collettiva artistica.

Magnifico ArtGuilds is the second root of the great sacred tree that is Magnifico. This platform was conceived by the Artists of Magnifico as a creative rescue to rampant artistic ignorance. The manifesto is Magnifico’s vision translated to be consulted by all artists, philosophers and existentialists currently living. Magnifico’s manifesto is structured in four thick pillars named as follows:

On Magnifico:
“Magnifico wants to restore life, dignity and meaning to art, strengthening in it that value which raises the spirit of people and the whole world with the Beauty.”
Magnifico wants to awaken art from the bed on which it slumbered so long ago that it was forgotten.
By rewriting the values of art anew and laying new pillars to the opinion of what Art is, this section of the Manifesto is concerned with explaining the heart of Magnifico’s birth.

On Art:
“Art is the center of everything. Its meaning does not move upon a single theme, but rather upon a common ethic: the elevation of the human spirit through beauty. “
What is Art? So begins Magnifico’s introduction to the world. What Magnifico means by Art is the manifestation of a human and/or divine creation that is capable of leading and elevating man in his limited earthly journey.
In this section of the manifesto, the nature and reason for the existence of Art is expressed and “reminded” to all.

On the Artist:
“The artist of Magnifico, celebrates art and his own living, simultaneously, as one. “
The artist is the official spokesman of Art, and Art understood in its highest manifestation is the manifestation of man’s possibility of living as a god in his earthly remains.
This section of the manifesto explains the mission of the Artist, its importance and the need at this time of humanitarian change, for a revival of values to save man from the anhedonia into which he has fallen.

On society and Magnifico:
“It is from the single will of an individual, that society composed of individuals with similar ideas and attitudes, can become Magnificent.”
Society leads people, people lead society, therefore education in the lives of people elevate society.
In this section of the Manifesto, Magnificent explores and explains the fundamental importance of society being able to control the welfare of its constituents.

Through each of these philosophical pillars, Magnifico’s creed is able to shape the future and life of each person. The adoption of a Magnificent vision is capable of improving and elevating the Artistic life of every individual, but also the existence of every human being.
The Manifesto is the physical manifestation of the Magnificent life and touches and explains all the existential realities of the Artist’s life.
Its extraordinariness, however, is nested in the value of being designed for Artists, but it is fungible by every human being and applicable to his or her model of personal aspirations.
The Manifesto has been developed and matured over the years; it is the tangible sum of all the thoughts and reasoning that have occurred in the life experience of its creators.

Cos’è l’Arte? Così comincia la presentazione di Magnifico al mondo. Quello che Magnifico intende per Arte è la manifestazione di una creazione umana e/o divina che è capace di condurre ed elevare l’uomo nel suo percorso terreno limitato.

In questa sezione del manifesto, è espressa e “ricordata” a tutti la natura ed il motivo dell’esistenza dell’Arte.

Questa sezione del manifesto spiega la missione dell’Artista, la sua importanza ed il bisogno in questo momento di cambiamento umanitario, di una rinascita dei valori per salvare l’uomo dall’anedonia in cui è caduto.

La società guida le persone, le persone guidano la società, dunque l’educazione alla vita delle persone innalzano la società.

Attraverso ciascuno di questi pilastri filosofici il credo di Magnifico, è in grado di plasmare il futuro e la vita di ogni persona. L’adozione di una visione Magnifica è in grado di migliorare ed elevare la vita Artistica di ogni individuo, ma anche l’esistenza di ogni essere umano.

The maximalist art movement has created and opened its MGNF.CO page where all artists, onlookers and future partners can read its artistic and life philosophy in the form of a manifesto, and participate in the movement’s updates and goals.
Magnifico beckons all artists, and all who wish to be artists, to reconnect in a movement that celebrates authentic art, self-expression, and self-actualization through art.
The opening took place on September 1, 2020, and the website is officially searchable.

This moment is significant for the Magnifico Team. It corresponds with the beginning of a new period of artistic revaluation that will involve artists in a whole new and renewed way. Magnifico is aware of the fundamental role of the artist in society, and the dissemination of its Manifesto is the first step in demonstrating its ambition to turn the tables, and it intends to do so with the following first three projects:

Il movimento artistico massimalista ha creato e aperto la sua pagina MGNF.CO in cui tutti gli artisti, i curiosi e i futuri partner potranno leggere la sua filosofia artistica e di vita sottoforma di manifesto, e partecipare agli aggiornamenti e ai traguardi del movimento.

Magnifico richiama tutti gli artisti e tutti coloro che desiderano esserlo, a ricongiungersi in un movimento che celebra l’arte autentica, l’autoespressione e l’autorealizzazione tramite l’arte.

L’apertura è avvenuta il giorno 1 Settembre 2020 e il sito è ufficialmente consultabile.

Questo momento è significativo per il Team di Magnifico. Corrisponde con l’inizio di un nuovo periodo di rivalutazione artistica che coinvolgerà gli artisti in un modo del tutto nuovo e rinnovato. Magnifico è consapevole del ruolo fondamentale dell’artista nella società e la diffusione del suo Manifesto è il primo passo per dimostrare la sua ambizione a cambiare le carte in tavola ed intende farlo con i seguenti primi tre progetti:

• Magnifico Beaux Arts
• Imaginarium
• Magnifico Academia

Questi sono i primi tre vertici di Magnifico e rispondono a tre esigenze artistiche diverse: Consentire agli artisti di poter comprare materiali a prezzi calmierati, consentire un’informazione sana per creare cultura e conoscenza delle tecniche artistiche fruibile anche da chi non ha mai disegnato prima, creare un luogo didattico in cui gli insegnamenti sono creati pensando al futuro dell’artista, di qualunque età.
